Rugar is 4 years and 115lbs. He is a beauty and super sweet! Rugar does well with other dogs and in his previous home did live with children. His picture does not do his size justice, you must come and meet him!

All of our animals have a lifetime commitment. If for any reason, the adoption does not work out, the cats and dogs are to come back to FCHS, which is a NO kill facility. The adoption fees help cover a portion of the care provided to the animals.
